Find breath, movement, stillness and refreshment. 

Gentle and restorative practices to support and witness each person in the moment including reflective yoga and writing, yoga through grief journeys & transitions, yoga and prayer.

Guiding yoga class experiences inspires me with the organic community created each time class meets. My hope for each session–that the space held for all who attend cultivates delicious and recuperative support and balance.

The beauty about this class is it’s for anyone who comes. People from diverse yoga backgrounds, including first time explorers, come and make it their own. Each class is an invitation to find stillness, movement, breath and earth. On a deeper level, finding self. We move through class in kindness towards ourselves, arriving and continuing to arrive in each moment. In finding grace and fluidity in the integrating spirals of our bodies, we find a groundedness and lightness in our living.

Private and semi-private sessions available to cultivate deeper personal awareness, explore customized support, ask questions in a smaller and more private environment.
