Sessions for Small Community & Church Groups

Looking for a customized class for your community or church group?  Here are a few ways gentle yoga can come to you in the comfort of your own space.  These sessions are about delving deeper, refreshing inward and exploring self.

Reflective Yoga & Writing  (2 hr session)
This playful class will cultivate melting deeply with gentle yoga postures of the mind, body and spirit blended with time and prompts for reflective writing.  Bring a soft scarf for covering the eyes or gently wrapping the head.  Bring paper and pens, pencils or makers that inspire you.  No prior experience needed for this low-key free writing, doodling or simply mindful reflection.  Mats and supportive props provided.

Reflective Yoga & Psalms (2 hr session)
Gentle postures of the mind, body and spirit blended with reflective readings of the Psalms with time for quiet prayer and meditation. No prior experience needed for this all levels class. Bring a soft scarf for covering the eyes or gently wrapping the head. Mats and supportive props provided.

Reflective Yoga & Psalms (1.25 hr session)
Gentle postures of the mind, body and spirit blended with reflective readings of the Psalms. No prior experience needed for this all levels class. Bring a soft scarf for covering the eyes or gently wrapping the head. Mats and supportive props provided.

Gentle Yoga or Restorative Yoga (1.25 hr session)
This class will encourage you to find your roots into the earth, build balance from the earth upwards, with awareness inside out. Gently play with postures, mindfulness, breath, attention, reflection, gratitude and kindness. This class is for all levels. Mats and supportive props provided.

2 hr sessions, $125
1.25 hr session, $75
within 10 mile radius of Harmarville, PA
all sessions for 5-15 people

Host space provides open, clean floor space with temperate climate around 73 degrees.  If chairs and/or open wall space are available, they will be incorporated into the session.  Access to space needed 30-40 minutes prior to beginning time and about 15 minutes for cleanup afterwards.  


Teacher provides mats and supportive props along with yoga prop setup and take down.  Teacher guides and supports participants through the experience.  Basic liability release waiver completed by each participant.  Teacher provides documentation of credentials as needed by host space.  

Classes do regularly include changing levels from lying down to kneeling and standing.  Chair classes are available by request.
